It's a prominent concept in our mission, vision, creed and more importantly, in our daily lives. As members of Phi Kappa Psi we strive to better our community through brotherly bonds. We were founded out of a desire to serve others and our commitment to service remains today. Whether we're volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, or cleaning up a park, we are dedicated to our community.

Phi Kappa Psi promotes community service in both our chapters and our alumni brothers with national programs like the Phi Psi 500 service initiative and the National Day of Service. These programs, along with countless projects on the local level, encourage brothers to have a positive effect in the community that they belong. Phi Kappa Psi recognizes the need and value of the best and broadest education possible and encourages that goal within our membership. We also feel that without a love for community service, educated men may waste their talents. We encourage the best and inspire them to reach their potential as students, brothers, men and citizens.

Include this quote in a little box or something:
"You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand." -Brother Woodrow Wilson
